Scope of works:

This former chapel was renovated to the highest standards to provide 7 luxury apartments along with a new build of 7 more.  Set over 4 floors SWI had to upgrade sound, fire & insulation to existing walls & ceilings, form new twin stud party walls & partitions and skim throughout.

SWI carried out the following works;

• Metal stud partitions; twin ‘I’ stud & C stud
• Plasterboarding
• Dot & dab
• MF ceilings
• Plastering
• Rendering
